I'm back! Once again! It has been a long time, with starts and stops along the way, but now I'm back and ready to go. It's almost the end of a Stampin' Up! year and the new one is about to start. What does that mean? We have some old favorites leaving and some new ones arriving! I figured this would be a great time for me to come back to Blogdom.
I received my new 2009-2010 catalog. Stampin' Up! has gone back to one catalog a year! This catalog is filled with some wonderful new product. I wish I could share it all with you, but you're going to have to wait until July 1st - the official release date. (Psst...wanna see it sooner? Join my team and become a demo!)
I can show you sneak peek products - a sneak peek is a fun perk for us demos (yet another reason to join!). Anyway, here they are. They are just fabulous!
Take a look at your 09-10 In Colors...
Edited to add: I am happy to see that so many of you are enjoying my post. I would respectfully ask that you not copy/paste this post or use my pictures on your blogs or anywhere else on the internet. Feel free to link here. Thanks for your understanding.
To give you a feel for what the colors look like, I stamped each color using the the new set Circle Circus. It is stamped on Whisper White cardstock and also stamped it tone on tone. The coordinating new Polka Dot 1/2" Grosgrain is also attached. There is also a color comparison showing each new In Color paired with two colors from the core 48 colors. The new In Color is placed in the middle of each comparison.

Thanks SO much for the comparisons to current colors! When I saw the new In Colors on the promo PDF, I thought "these look awfully similar to some of our current colors!", so am glad to see the subtle differences - more options for combinations!

WOW! You got your order fast. You did a great job putting together your chart comparison. I knew I should have ordered that stamp set. Oh well, I'll just have to earn it :>)

Nice job, Michelle! I am officially "in love" with the new In Colors and mine don't even arrive until tomorrow! But how fun to see them and the colors are wonderful! I wasn't sure that I would like the Soft Suede and the Dusty Durango but of course, they are beautiful...I should have known. Now I'll have to be ordering the awesome polkadot ribbon in those colors, too. Like there was ever a doubt???
Anyway, so nice to know that I'm not the only one who runs hot and cold on posting to my blog. I always feel like I need to have a photo to share (of something stamped, I mean) and that slows me down a bunch! I don't want my blog to be nothing but advertising, kwim? On my son's birthday, I took photos of him opening gifts and made him hold up the handstamped cards and pose with them so I wouldn't feel guilty putting them on my blog! Which I did right away after that! Shhh, don't tell...he'd be horrified! But I doubt too many of his buds will be checking out stamping blogs. lol! So, at any rate, welcome back! Jan Hoyt

Thanks for sharing the new IN COLORS! I need to see the DP to make my decision :) I wonder how close that Soft Suede is to Close to Cocoa. I'm surprised you didn't compare that as a brown.

Can you explain a bit more about the tone on tone and how you did it. Thank you.
