Stampin' Up! has just announced a new product line - Decor Elements.
What is Decor Elements? It is a line of self-adhesive vinyl wall decorations that can be used on walls, windows, plates, vases, mirrors, picture frames - anything the vinyl will cling to! This new line is a brand new concept for Stampin' Up! which I find to be very exciting!
