Wow! It has been one month and two days since my last post. My house has been crazy busy! Well, not busy, just sick. First I had the stomach flu which knocked me out for a few days at the end of April/beginning of May. Then my girls got it. Then we had a few days of great health, but then my oldest daughter got sick. We went to the doctor twice, and she was finally diagnosed with Strep Throat. She was out of school for a whole week. Then, of course, everyone else got it. So more missed school. Yup, all four kids out with Strep. We have been to the doctor so many times these past few weeks. Good thing our co-pay is only $10!
My kids never get sick. Kevin is 8 and this was his first time ever to be on antibiotics. Their fevers each ran for a few days, and I did not know what to do. I called the doctor/advice nurse, and they asked for temp readings. I could not give them readings because we do not own a thermometer! Like I said, my kids never get sick. Well, not like this anyway.
We are finally all well. The kids have gone back to school. Now I can get back to blogging instead of sporadically posting on Splitcoast!
